I want to compare the sales prices of properties in 75043 around Jan 1st of this year to Jan 1st of the first year of sales prices of properties in 75043 around Jan 1, 2003. A current appraisal or the DCAD information will not provide that archival information. I'll compare that information with that of my own property. I'm not sure how much detail I want to put online but the rather specific type of information I'm seeking will serve a specific goal. But thanks for trying. I'm still looking for a resource for home sales prices for Dec 2002, Jan 2003, Dec 2008 and Jan 2009 for zip code 75043. I'm not looking for listed prices, I'm looking for actual sales in 75043. If Trulia has an archive of "Recently Sold Homes" for those months then that would be close enough for my needs. I'm thinking that information might be in the county office.
