There are several developments in that township that all have different floorplans, depending on what you are looking for.  There is also a smaller development in Helmetta that is very nice. &#13;

If you are looking for a single family home that is not in a 55+ community, East Brunswick does have many nice ranches that could meet your needs.  &#13;
