Your local MLS system is Cape and Island MLS 9 http://www.cciaor.com/ . This is separate from the MLSPIN who handles most of Massachusetts. I believe they do syndicate all listings with Trulia; I know MLSPIN does. I would also suggest that you make sure that you’re listing shows in both the Cape and Island MLS and MLSPIN systems. These two systems do not merge their information and being so close to the "mainland" ( ha ha) buyers will be searching both systems to find homes in Sandwich. I do this with all of my Cape listings and it seems to attract more buyers. Good Luck! When a Realtor submits a new listing, a box needs to be checked to have the listing sent to different websites. Trulia is one of them. If you are thinking of putting your home on the market, make sure the agency you list with exposes your home to as many people as possible and the most agents too. It's not automatic, but I'm not aware of a good reason to opt out of it. Are you looking for a particular property?
