We hear that insurance on the building is paid, but we are not clear on whether the fee will cover water and possibly cable. The insurance is for the building (from the drywall out) . The owner is responsible for the Inside of the drywall (cabinets, bathrooms, etc). Some condos fees will cover water and cable. Some will not. It depends on the complex. You can call or e-mail what you are looking for and I will send you some complex names. They are all different in size, amenities, and price range.
