The short answer is - YES! The long answer is it depends on your financial situation. I strongly recommend you contact a home loan consultant to help you figure out which loan program would be best for you. You can call a home loan consultant and provide information for a preapproval, so they can recommend loans based on your unique situation. The great news is - the preapproval only takes 5 minutes over the phone! For recommendations on home loan consultants along with contact information, visit http://www.realliving.com/christina.asadedwards/MeetMyTeam.asp . And please feel free to contact me at anytime if you have anymore questions.

I have a couple of lenders that I work with are approved for this program. You do have to meet income guidelines and attend a home ownership and budgeting class.
