Postlets is great but you know you need to see how many hits you get. You can get a basic website from point2agent for $9.95 a month and it syndicates to 33 mass aggregators of listings (Trulia, Oodle, Vast and more) and to Craigs List and back page as wel. All free except for the cost of the website. Or you can upgrade, too.

Postlets rocks!! It automatically posts to a variety of websites, at minimal costs. It is very easy to post a link on Facebook, Craigslist, etc. Good luck!
