This price question is always confirmed on feedback stats post showing, along with 'shows beautifully, well maintained, etc'. I am considering an appraisal by a firm that specializes in Historic properties; is this recommended? But in my experience many quality experienced appraisers do a fine job but they are not always the lowest priced of course.
