How far is it to the beach?  Shopping, etc?  What is the outlook in this area?  Could homes continue to drop more in the next year? Unfortunately, when you typed in ENGLEWOOD, it jumped to Colorado instead of Florida.  The beach is too far from this Englewood!  I would submit a new message and watch for the state!&#13;
