Ask lots of questions and reach a comfort level with a Realtor. My best to you in your search.

Answer by Shanna Jordan

Dear Peter,
The best realtor for you is the one who knows the area well, listens to your preferences and gives you choices. Since Arkansas is a dual agency state it is important to find a realtor who will show you not just their own listings but all available listings that meet your criteria. It is important that as a realtor I look out for the best interests of my buyers as well as my sellers. There are many lenders to choose from and I have worked with many great local as well as out of state lenders to get the deal done smoothly.

Answer by Eric Pinter

depends on what you are looking for. more details???

Answer by John Hamilton

Hello Peter - I may not be the best? realtor in Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village but I'm certainly one of the hardest working realtors you will find. I represent both Buyers and Sellers, however, I prefer to represent Buyers because they ultimately have the power to make the purchase happen. The best lender is the one that can get you the kind of deal you both want and need to fit your pocket book requirements.
