We have a friend that lives in Old Irving and we've really started to like the area. We are young professionals in our mid 20's, and we currently rent a house in the suburbs. We're tired of always going into the city to do things, and we think we'd rather just live there. Our lease ends in mid May, so we're looking to start seriously looking at properties very soon. We are looking for a realtor who is a buyers agent with extensive knowledge of Old Irving Park to help us find out first home. Although it's a condo, it feels much more like a home due to the yard, and the surrounding neighborhood.
