I am currently in contact with someone in regards to a rental property. He has sent me his Realtor License #, but I still feel unsure if it's legit
No one needs a realtor's lic to rent a property out. Look up his phone # online, look up the address online, If either one shows up belonging to someone else it's likely a scam

My Tenant died leaving behind a roommate who has proven to be unreliable. The roommate is not on the lease. How can I evict this person.?
A real estate attorney is definitely the best way to go here. If you want a recommendation, I'd be happy to help with that.

Good luck!
