We are buying a house and the seller wants to remove a storage shed. Isn't that considered part of the property and needs to saty?
Yes the shed is suppose to say but I would always have your agent put it in the purchase agreement so just in case the seller does not realize. Better to be safe than sorry later.

if a home is deserted and their are items inside that can still be salveged, what are the proper steps to getting the items....if i clean up the inside
Bottom line is that the property is not yours. Find out who owns the property and get permission before trespassing. You could get arrested if you are caught inside without permission.

Is it allowed to build an RV garage attached to a home in subdivisions in Michigan or I have to find a house on a main road?
It is best to check with the building department in the local community as it will be a different answer from one community to the next.

if a home is deserted and their are usable items left behind over a year, is it legal to take the items
Well, I would suggest you say that out loud to yourself, let it resonate, and then ponder the answer to it.
Really?
Why would you think it's ok to take items that don't belong to you?
