Not all the properties listed on Trulia are for sale. You have to look closely and know what to look for. Trulia is a wonderful website and offers great information. However, when looking at property,
Every day we get questions about Realty Trac posts from confused users. The question is usually some variation of, "Is this really the price?" Right next to the number posted on a Realty Tract post
You mean on MLS or on Trulia?
Have a fantastic day & I look forward to hearing from you.

Asking that on here to a bunch of real estate agents is like asking a barber if you need a haircut.
You might want to check directly with TRULIA on that. As we (agents) pay to have access to this forum, they may not take your For Sale By Owner listing.
That said, if your property is any where in Central Florida, please feel free to contact me directly email@example.com. There are some forms and disclosures I will be glad to provide you at no cost.
This comes up on a daily basis and I see this from more and more of my leads, so let me post this so there is an easy reference.Trulia is a wonderful website and the Q&A and Blog sections are the best
Understand that the LISTING PRICE has one primary objective, to attract attention: It is not intended to be set in stone, and in many cases it is not even a good guideline toward the SELLING PRICE.
Some Sellers believe that by setting the LISTING PRICE high, they can always come down, and people will make an offer anyway: WRONG! Buyers will just bypass the property and look at houses that are within their price range. And six months from now, the Seller will slowly start lowering the PRICE, (this is called “chasing the curve”) and Buyers will be asking the question; “What’s wrong with that house?” and “Why has it been on the Market so long?”
Other Sellers set the LISTING PRICE low, to attract multiple offers. (The correct strategy.) We are asked; “Aren’t you obligated to sell at this price if someone offers it?” The answer is probably not; for that to happen, you would first have to have only one offer, and secondly, the offer would have be exactly the same, down to the smallest detail, (please discuss this with your Realtor).
Another thought; Buyer will search for potential properties by groups; for example, $400,000 to $450,000, and $250,000 to $300,000. If your house is priced at $460,000 or $310,000, the Buyers will never see it. (something else to discuss with your Agent.)
Different Banks have different philosophies about pricing their properties: You cannot draw any conclusions without a good analysis.
Have your Realtor do a CMA, (Comparative Market Analysis) to help you determine your Offering Price. It is the surest way to determine the Market Value of the property.... more

I am not sure exactly what you mean in regard to "lead generation" but I am enrolled in a couple Trulia programs and am 100% satisfisfied in regard to the # & quality of leads received. They have programs that are quite affordable and then ones that are costly that give you zip code exclusivity. My philiopsy of you get what you pay for and I persoanlly feel the cost is well worth it.
Please call me directly for my Truila represenatives contact information or for additional insight. I am a true TRULIA and feel they have delivered results that have me lucrative to my career. I have also met the nicest people from all over the world which is an added bonus :)
Have a GREAT day! Good Luck!

The wave of foreclosures have slowed to a trickle here in Orlando with all the banks and the court system moving more slowly. Even at the current pace, the big banks are finding ways to screw things up.
So you will call them to show the listing and get the correct details of the home and the specifics on what is happening with the home. Many times a person finds the address, does a drive by without finding out the correct information,(Sometime house is in pending status and hasn't registered on the website you are searching) and assumes they don't like the home and then call on another home in the area from a sign in the neighborhood by passing the home and the agent's listing that was the reason for your initial interest. Or Owner just does not want people stopping by their home without an appointment. There have been times where it says appointment only and the person does a drive by and thinks the home is un occupied and they start peeking through the windows only to find people living in the home. If you are working with a Realtor they will be able to help you with this as well. Hope this helps... more
You have to pay for it Jenny Wemert. This is the only way I have understood it to work consistently.

Yes, you can always manipulate the end results, for Example: if the subject property is wood frame, you might ask for "Block Constrution" only, or all pools, or only houses with fireplaces.
But if your only asking vague questions as your quesion, then you will continue to get the same results, you need to be more specific in your questions, as to what you want and don't want, area, beds/baths/garage/pool/fireplace/block contruction. Be more Specific. The more specific you become in your questions, the amount of homes is less!
Hope this help!

Hi, I am not sure who posted the information. Three prior MLS listing has 4 bedrooms as does the county. The square footage does appear to be at 1923. This is the footage under air.
