may i suggest 1st and foremost is ask these questions to yourself please
1. is the lot location on the street important to you? the closer to road and gulf of mexico or do you want more further downb the road and try for as much as an open view as possible
2. what size is your boat? reason is some of the canal along the island are not as wide as other
3. What style home do you like, open floor plan, split plan, does it matter
4. do you care which side of the road you are on for position of sun and all during the day
5. are you pre-approved and ready for if this is a loan purchase having a pre-approval letter ready in hand will make all offers strong, if this is a cash offer then letter from bank and or bank statement ready is perfect. The more prepared you are the better you are
5.
