I did a quick search on the MLS for a 3/2 rental in the Lillian/ Elberta area with no luck. But to be honest, the MLS does carry some rentals but there are a lot of others out there. I would check with Belau Management or Century 21/ Meyer long term rentals for more options. I hope this helps and if I can answer any other questions you may have then feel free to ask!

Rodney is absolutely correct about needing to get prequalified before you start looking for a home to purchase. The days of finding a home then finding a lender to write the loan are over; you have to get your financing first.
If the property you want turns out to be a foreclosure or short sale where a lender or other financial institution has to approve the transaction, they won't even look at your offer without proof of loan prequalification or of cash on hand for a cash purchase.

The Association dues are $156.00 a quarter, trash is 14.95 a month(They have a 6,9 or 12 month for trash), sewer bill is $54.50 a month, water is $17.95 a month up to 2,000. gallons and electric is whatever you use.
