I'm not sure your exact question, however where we are all schools are peanut free and then specific classrooms are entirely nut free if necessary for a student in the class. I am sure that any school will accommodate a nut free environment if necessary. It would just be negligent to not address a peanut allergy but doing whatever possible to assist the child.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
I agree with Sally Grenier's answer. If an owner is interested in renting, they will list the property for rent. Sometimes owners list a property for sale and for rent at the same time, so if they would consider renting or selling you would typically see it listed as available for both.
If you want to pursue this particular property, I recommend contacting the listing agent to inquire about the possibility of renting. Good luck in your home search!... more
