If you’re unhappy with your existing mortgage, refinancing can offer you a “second chance” to get it right. Typically, mortgage payments are made once a month and are the most expensive bill you
I don't understand your question. You owe a mortgage and you can afford it? So, pay your mortgage.
I owe a credit card bill, and I can afford it too. So, I am planning on paying it. Why would I consider anything else? Because I can't remember where I spent the money? Because I spent it on food that is gone now and has no value? What does that have to do with it?
Clearly you're wondering if you should do a short sale or walk away. In your case that would be probably considered a strategic default... and you'll still owe your mortgage payment, lose your tax deductions and your house.... more
No, in VA we do something much more like a disclaimer - the seller tells you specifically that they are NOT telling you anything about the condition of the property (with only a few exceptions) and that it is your responsibility to exercise due diligence.

I am sorry, I could not find any active information on this home in the MRIS. Perhaps, this is a home that is a foreclosure, and has not been on the market by the bank yet for sale. I would keep an eye on this property, and if I do see it come up as active, I can let you know as soon as I see it.
I would be happy to show you any active homes that you may be interested in. Please send me your criteria, and I would be happy to do a full search, and send you daily updates. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.
