You should consult with a local mortgage broker who understands VA loans. Some lenders say they do but don't.

I want to search homes with a maximum bedroom, bathroom, square footage but I'm not seeing that - only minimum. Is there no way to do this?
You can work with a local realtor and ask her/him to email you the search criteria. There's a field to do maximum in our MLS.
