Jennifer, it would be helpful if you could add more detail to your question. Are you representing a title company? Are you working as a virtual assistant? Are you licensed as a real estate agent? Do you have official access to your local MLS?
The price for any services provided to real estate professionals, although somewhat important, is not even in the top three essentials that would allow an agent who does not know you to consider using you. Please answer this question an agent should ask: "Why should I use you?"
If price is your strongest value proposition, you are truly unaware of the needs of the market you are wanting to serve. Here are my top five. Notice what's missing.
