Wow, that tiling sounds expensive. Are you sure you can't get a better deal on that? I think the swimming pool is a great asset for your house. If it were me I would do everything I could t repair it. You have to keep in mind that removing it will cost quite a bit too. http://howtobuildyourownpool.com/about-us.asp... more
I think both could be really cool. Hoe many bedrooms are already in the house? If there's three or more I would go with the theater. If not, the bedroom could be a good idea.http://streamaut.ca/home-theatre-design-installation... more
I am a big fan of concrete. It is cheaper, lasts longer, and requires less maintenance. We put in a new back patio last summer and used stamped concrete. It looks really good and we have had no issues with it! I would definitely go with the concrete. http://www.imagineconcrete.com/stampedconcrete... more
Getting your carpet cleaned is really great to keep carpets looking new. I would like to get my carpets cleaned soon because they seem like they are getting a bit worn out. I have been wondering what I should do to make them look nice again, but this would be a great idea! I'll also be looking around for some good carpet cleaners that might be able to help me out! http://www.carpetcleanersinmercercounty.com... more

I think it's super important to do everything that you can to make your remodel go as smoothly as possible. Getting professionals involved will make things go faster and ensure that they get done right the majority of the time. I don't think it would be a bad idea to go that route under most normal circumstances. Just make sure you evaluate anyone you're considering working with and make sure that you do want to work with them.

Vinyl fences will almost always last longer, and the vinyl degrades at a much slower rate than wood. With a wooden fence you can always tell when it is in disrepair. Another big difference, in my opinion, is that most anyone can build a wooden fence, but vinyl is a little more tricky and you should consult a professional. For my money I love the vinyl fencing.
I think that it could bring up the overall value to the house, but I think the biggest factor will be the buyers wants. Everyone has different tastes and that's what I believe is going to be the biggest factor. I personally would go with the vinyl siding. http://www.bramblebuilders.com/faqs.html... more
I feel like it is probably against the rules of your HOA to have that extra room. However, if you are having troubles fitting everything you need into the rest of your home, you might try using your extra garage space just as storage. If you do it correctly, you don't have to use all of the space, but you can keep everything organized. If you get good shelves and have good spaces for your storage, then it should be fine! http://www.heftyhangers.com/products... more
It all depends on what materials are going to be used. Another big factor is the company that you choose to do the remodel. My friend had a bathroom remodel where he revamped the entire bathroom with brand new things. It turned out to be pretty expensive but worth it. http://www.springerconstructioninc.com/services/additional-services/... more
My wife and I have been wanting to get our roof replaced for a few months now. We have had our roof for about 15 years and we have been worried about getting leaks because we have had many shingles come off. We want to get it done before it turns to bad weather and before all of the roofers get busy.
I'm not sure what it typically costs. I've heard a variety of things. I think that it mainly depends on what type of pool you want and how large you want it to be. You could get some different estimates from a few businesses. http://www.pooldoctorfla.com/renovation/... more
