You might also check with at least one of the title/escrow companies in your area. The should have some reports on file for properties that sold in your area then. This would also help to support the data obtained from an appraiser. You should also be able to check your local tax records.... more
I'm sure any real estate professional can tell you what a property sold for as long as it has closed escrow and is a recorded sale. You may be able to find out by checking the county tax assessor's tax roles too! The commission paid is irrelevant to anyone other than the principle and cooperating parties. It would be like asking you how much money you made or paid out last week. That should be considered private information unless you need it for a specific purpose beyond the scope of curiosity.
