Lots of routes to York County from Hampton University. Do you know the hours you will be working? Mornings the traffic seems to move a lot quicker but the evenings for some reason are slower. I could look it up on the MLS system, but as Lori already stated, an address will help tremendously. Did you ever live in the house? If so, I'm not an expert on taxes, but I remember when past clients have had questions about capital gains their tax consultants stated that if you have lived in the house 3(?) out of the last 5 years, I do not think you have to pay capital gains on the property.
