Does a Junior 4 apt needs to have a closet on the second bedroom (smaller) in order to be considered a Junior 4 ?
No it does not. Junior 4 bedrooms do not have a closet in the 2nd bedroom which makes them a JR4.

Marco

I'm looking to buy a coop or a condo? Should I still wait? Is the state of the real estate market is going to get better or worse? Thank you.
I would advise purchasing soon rather than later as inventory has shrunk and is turning into seller market and we don't know how long interest rates are going to stay this low.
