Hello Sugaroe55, now IS a great time to buy! Usually if your schooling was in the same industry you are currently employed in, they can count that as the time in the same industry. I highly recommend you speaking directly with a loan officer to get qualified right away, if you need a good one, feel free to contact me-I know of a couple good ones that I can provide you with their contact information.
Have a great day,
Heather Paul, Realtor
