Hi, unfortunately, most of us are not going to be business advisors. I would consider the following:
What ROI does a pizzeria usually have? What about that particular pizzeria?
What are the stats of the location: drive-by traffic, near a bus stop, shopping, etc?
Make sure you review the books with your financial advisor. You want to pay careful attention to assets owned, employee arrangements, business insurance (may be high if a customer gets food poisoning, driver gets in an accident), lease arrangement
It may be a good decision, or it may be better to choose a different pizzeria, or another business altogether.
