Great example of our world of technology. What you are looking at is a third part website that copies the informaion from the MLS and then never goes back to update the status of the listings. Try using the most updated & accurate site vailable either www.pprmi.com or www.swmric.com. Both of these sites are those that we use in my office and the swmric site is actually the MLS site that we feed our info into. If there is anything I can do to help please call or email me anytime. If you contact a Realtor, searching the MLS for a mfg home; single wide or double wide is a very easy task. The information will be the most current coming from the MLS. Please give me a call, I would be glad to show you those properties that are available and where they are. Please understand financing a mfg home is nearly impossible at the current time, so paying cash is likely your only option today.... more
Check with some of the larger real estate offices in your area. The company I'm with (Long & Foster, Burke, Virginia) has filing cabinets filled with the original sales folders and brochures from developers . . . . in this case, from Northern Virginia. Some stretch back 30 years or so. So if an agent is selling a property in a subdivision--even if the house was built 25 years ago--there's a good chance that he/she will be able to find the floor plan.
