It may come back on the market. It was only listed for 28 days and is occupied by a tenant. They may have taken it off the market to do work or wait for the tenant to move out or something like that...
You may also check with your local MLS. I cannot find what that would be in your area. You may ask a Realtor (don't let them just steer you to their site, unless you find their site useful). It should be something from the _____ Area Association of Realtors (probably Dallas/Ft Worth/DFW). They should have a foreclosure search option that will search all foreclosure listings in that area, and you should be able to narrow your search down to only Weatherford, possibly even set a zip code and search a 30 mile radius.... more
You may be able to become an Affiliate member of the local Board of Realtors, which would expose you to a number of agents who could use your services. Also, if you visit the numerous real estate offices with a nice brochure, that could work too. And, being here online is always good!
