The spring market is actually here! (for Bucks Co at least). With the 1st warm weather like we had this past weekend, all my agents told me their open houses were packed. I have even had buyers loosing houses due to multiple offers. Depending on what your looking for and if you find the perfect house but it's a little run down you might want to consider a 203K loan. This is an FHA based loan which allows you to not only finance the home but also the improvements to the home (it's called a renovation loan). So the answer might be find that home that needs a little work, get it for a great price becuase of the condition and then fix it up new to your tastes and finance it all! I have buyers who are using this product and they love it. Have an questions or interested further, just shoot me an email or give me a call.... more
