It might be possible to find the address of the home, but I would guess that it is currently unavailable for purchase. Once a bank forecloses on a property, they will eventually put the home on the market with a broker. This can take months from when they buy it back becaue of the title and recording process. I would recommend keeping an eye out for anything coming up for sale on that road , or I can set you up with automated emails to see anything new that comes up for sale.... more
The only home on Warner that is coming up as a possible pre-foreclosure is 206 Warner. It is showing that it was supposed to go to auction in March, but I am not sure if it went through or not. The Sheriff's departments are all backlogged with getting deeds recorded, so it may be a while before we know what the status of the auction is. I wish I had more info for you, but that's all I was able to find.... more
Chad is correct that this home does not appear to be on the market currently. It was actually sold in May at sheriff's foreclosure sale to Flagstar Bank, the mortgage holder. The deed was not recorded until Ocotber, though. Hopefully it will be put on the market for sale soon, but hard to tell. Some banks (such as Bank of America) have declared a moratorium on putting their foreclosed inventory on the market until clarifying whether they followed correct procedures before foreclosing. I don't know if Flagstar has done the same.
If you are looking for similar homes in the Walbridge area, I have included a link to those currently available with similar price ranges.
