Absolutely!. Anytime you have an area reflecting job growth, people will come. The Disney studio will produce thousands of jobs. People will want to live closer to work especially with the current gas prices so I see an uptick in good things to happen for Santa Clarita Valley (Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Newhall and Saugus). Santa Clarita Valley is already preparing for growth - building more roads, more freeway connections, new home developments.
