one of my saved homes was sold. is there a way to get an email from trulia to find out what it sold for?

Thanks.I actually used/use that. Trulia emailed me the update that the house sold, but i wasn't sure what it sold for. The reason I was questioning it, was because it showed that the house sold for the same amount as the current ask. According to some of the others responses though, the house actually did sell for the current ask.

If you access the link below to the property you should find an email alert link under the basic information. Click on that link and you can setup an alert that will send you an email if the price or status of this home changes on Trulia at any time. You can do this with all properties listed on Trulia.

Ok. They had dropped their price to 2.5 awhile ago, so I was just surprised that someone bought if for the current asking price.

It's at 1240 N. Astor St, Chicago, IL 60610. Trulia sent me the update that it was sold, but I wasn't sure what it sold at.

If you post the address here, one of us an look it up for you rather quickly and post the sold price.
