i was just billed over $1000 on my credit card and have not used trulia for over a year. how do i cancel my account and get refunded this amount?
All attempts to pull up my account kick me into creating a new acct. and i cannot find anywhere that list phone numbers to speak with a person. Please call me at 615-717-8255. i need this problem resolved quickly.

Thank you for contacting us about this. Are you sure you are signed up for a Trulia Pro account? I ask because even the yearly subscription rate doesn't cost $1000 - it's only $348. I'll also ask one of our Customer Service team members to call you but please access the link below to send them an email about this issue as well in case they aren't able to reach you.
