i am 54 years old and will be 55 in january. my partner and i are retired and would like a walkin,no steps

i have bad needs, wear braces and walk with a cane. I am a veteran and am retired don't want the upkeep of a house but, my partner and i would like to have a small yard and a washer and dryer in our residence. is there anything in mt airy or near stenton avenue or ivyhill rd?
