how do I list my townhome for sales in Deptford, New jersey?

We are looking for new and creative ways to sell our townhome in Deptford, NJ. Suggestions? How do we list on this site?

There are many free websites you could explore. Try searching Google for a list. Some things we offer are virtual tours of the home to attract buyers and multiple websites to drive in traffic. There are also directional signs for the streets and brochure boxes. Your agent should be able to all handle that for you.

If you are listed your agent could create a domain name/website specifically for your property. Your agent can post you on this and many other websites (i post my listings on approx 10 sites). Craigs list gets great results-the trick is in the wording. Also repost periodically. I hope this helps

FIRST ANSWER
Michele,
You cannot list here as a FSBO. This site is only for Realtors' listings. Try some of the FSBO sites so that you get internet exposure. The statistics prove that internet advertising is the way to go. Set up your own website for the address if you can and get someone to help you with search enging optimization.
