Hi Alex,

I'm sorry that someone from Trulia didn't answer your question previously. If you haven't yet contacted our customer service team to investigate this, please note that we receive listing information mainly from real estate franchises (like Century 21, Keller Williams, etc . . .), and website vendors. If you access your listing on Trulia and follow the links to see more photos and details you will find the site from which we obtain our information, and if the incorrect information is corrected on that website it should automatically update on Trulia.

I hope this helps you.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson

Is your home being listed by a Real Estate Agent? If so, the agent simply needs to join Trulia, claim the listing and they should be able to adjust the info.

If not listed by an agent, as Michael mentioned, click "contact us" in the lower right hand corner of the page under "legal".

I would contact trulia directly either via the contact us link under the legal section or the customer service link or help center links under the company information section at the bottom of the page. They should be able to correct anything that is incorrect.
