At this point only Realtors who are licensed can list their listings here on Trulia. Because you are selling your home yourself, you would need to use tools available for fsbo's. In order to get maximum exposure for your home, the cost of paying a commission is more than offset be the higher price and quicker sale a realtor can get you be using the Multiple Listing Service and getting your house in front of all teh buyer nbrokers in the area. Good luck with your sale
Trulia listings are reserved from licensed real estate agents. There are other GREAT websites you can post your home for sale without a real estate agent. However keep in mind if you intend to sale a property without an agent you are held by the standards of State of Texas to sale a property if those laws are not followed you could be sued. http://www.lynn911.comhttp://www.homes-for-sale-dallas.com
Hi Dallas. At this point, property owners cannot post their properties on Trulia, but if you "list" your home through a "limited services" brokerage, you probably can get your property listed on Trulia through that brokerage. I hope this helps.
The word "list" is a legal term. Realtor's list with owners.. ie sign an agreement to sell for a comission. If you want to sell by yourself, you don't list with anyone. You are just sellling it by yourself or For Sale By Owner. (FSBO)
