One thing to consider when selling your own home is your safety. My father tried to sell our house in Virginia as a FSBO. Our house was broken into and we were robbed. I was 14 at the time. It left a lasting impression on me. At the time, I never suspected I would end up one day in real estate sales! I am not trying to scare you. Just be careful and good luck,

Although you cannot post here, there are other alternatives to this site, such as Craigslist.com. Either way, not you can see one of the many benefits of using Realtors.
