Houses in thi area run from 450k o 7 million. if there was a patc of a shack @ the apparent cost yo have detailed it at, not to mention several transactions since the last...you're BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if you're referring to specific feature of Trulia, but if you're looking for recent active, pending, and closed sale information for West Linn, try http://www.move2westlinn.com/category/real-estate-market-activity/

Week-by-week stats taken directly from RMLS are published there, everything from condos in the low 100's to multi-million Pete's Mountain and Barrington Heights properties.
