Not all homes go on Trulia. The agent or brokerage would have to have an agreement with them. At Keller Williams when we enter a listing on our KW site, they automatically go out to over 70 other sites and Trulia is one of them. I am confused as to why you are not on http://www.Realtor.com though which gets the most visitors than any other home search site. I believe all the listing on our MLS should have an automatic feed to it and those agents that belong and have a yearly membership can upgrade the listing with more pictures, a more detailed description and a showcase banner. You should ask your agent if they opted out to export the listing when he entered it on MLS.

Mgk,

Contact your listing agent. They may need to confirm the information in the system for it to be posted.

Good luck

Hello MGK.

I'm a listing agent and I had to create a free profile on Trulia before my listings became active. Some of them didn't show up automatically, so I had to manually 'add' them to my profile. Your listing agent can create a free profile as well. Trulia offers several levels of 'paid' memberships too, but I don't see that they offer that much more than the free one.

The other nice thing I like about it are the 'Trulia Reports' that are available to the agents. They show the number of times that the listing has been viewed and/or clicked on. I take these reports and email them to my seller to let them know how much interest their home is generating.

Hope this helps!

Hi, Mgk

My brother lives in Scottsdale. I used to live in Tempe.

That MLS Number, and that Address do not show up on Realtor dot com either.

But I do see it on these websites:
