Hi King,

I read all the questions you posted, and it seemed like everyone gave you answers. You were asking for referrals for a Real Estate agent, several people recommended someone. Then you asked about buying in the $300K range in San Francisco, and you got people's opinions on that.

Real Estate is definitely not a quick buck...I work with buyers for months at a time for the most part to find what they really want, negotiate the best price, terms, and upgrades/credits and set up all their inspections. In this slower market, I market my sellers properties extensively and because properties are staying on a market more, it's costing me more to market them 3-4 extra months.

You will find that every profession has different personalities. If you've had a bad experience with someone, I understand. I've had bad experiences as well; be it doctors, car salesmen, etc. However, I encourage you to find a Realtor that will put your needs first. Best of luck to you. Merry Christmas!

King, I don't know what or who you are referring to. Sorry you feel that way.
