Give yourself as much exposure as possible by answering questions and posting blogs about your area of expertise.
You have the capability on this site to enhance your listings by adding more photos, copy, open house times, and virtual tours.
You may wish to purchase a "Pro" status with Trulia as this will also give you and your listings more exposure on the site.
Best wishes to you!

It's all too easy to say things that sound good but don't make any sense. For example, saying you don't pay for leads when you're paying for a Trulia PRO account for leads. Or, recommending others try Trulia PRO when you're not a subscriber.
Don't give a me-too answer when 20 other agents have already answered exactly the same way. It may be an easy way to post answers, but eventually nobody knows what distinguishes you. Just give a thumb up when you see a good answer and keep looking for your own way to make a contribution.
Try to give the best advice possible to the questioner. That sounds simple, but sometimes it isn't. If there are 3 answers already advising a buyer or seller to do "X" but you believe the correct course is "Y," provide that advice. I know on some other sites, one agent will blog something and dozens of other agents just respond: "Good point" or "You're right again." Sometimes that's true; sometimes not. Of course, be polite and respectful, but don't be worried about offering your own, perhaps differing, opinion.
Hope that helps.
