We used Trulia to find our new condo. May we have the photos that were used in its promotion? Thank you ?

Congratulations on finding your condo on Trulia.

Any photos found on the internet belong to someone, always best to go to the source and ask for permission. Your REALTOR would be your first choice since that would be the person who would have the contact information.

Good Luck to you.

It's very likely that, technically, your local MLS owns the photos--at least the ones as they appeared on Trulia.

However, the photos likely were taken by the listing agent or a photographer for the listing agent. What you should do is contact your Realtor. Explain that you'd like copies of the photos that were used in the listing for the home. I'm pretty sure the listing agent would be glad to send them to you.

Hope that helps.

Ask you Realtor to email the listing that would include photos but you cannot use them without express permission from the listing agent or seller or whomever owns the rights to those photos.
