I'm trying to manually enter a new listing and when I put in the street address and click 'next' it tells me its an unmappable address and won't let me move forward. I'm using the correct address so what do I do now?
Ok, well I tried it again and got the same message, then I realized I didn't have my website entered to view more info on this listing. It went thru after that!
Hi Debi,
Even if our system is unable to map an address that you've entered using Single Listing Submit, there should be no barriers that prevent you from moving forward. You should still be able to complete your submission.
If you continue to experience this problem, please let me know exactly what errors you are encountering when you attempt to move forward.
