I'm Andrew, a community manager in Trulia Voices, and so can speak on Trulia's behalf.
We have offices in San Francisco, New York and Denver, but sadly not in San Diego.
Did you have a specific Trulia question that you need answered? You can respond to my answer here, or you can follow up with me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Let me know if I can help!

Great question, and no they do not.
Realtors pop up on the website because they pay to be there in any particular market. Other sites like Redfin, etc, have agents go through a screening process to allow you to select them.
Please know there are plenty of ways to check agents out on Trulia. Hold your mouse over their name, it will tell you how many questions they have answered, how many people found their answers helpful and how many listings they may have.
Please know that many will say "pick me". Make sure you find a friend who knows how to interview agents and talk to at least 2 or 3.
We hope this helps,

Trulia is a real estate website that offers a lot of great real estate information and property info that it gathers from the MLS (that us realtors use) but it is not a real estate office/brokerage. If you are looking to rent or buy you can contact a real estate agent who can help you with your purchase or answer questions. Please let me know if I can help!

If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I'd be glad to assist you.

Trulia is not a real estate brokerage, but a real estate website that I believe is headquarted in the Bay area. There are lots of Trulia VIP agents (like me) that can assist you in San Diego.
How can I help you?
