Chris provided you with a fantastically thorough and accurate answer. At this time you can only edit all listing information for a property if you've manually submitted the listing information to us. Otherwise you will need to correct the listing information with the source that gives us that information. However for all your listings you should be able to edit photos and open house dates and times. When you select the link to 'Edit listing details' these options should come up. If they don't, please access the link below and contact our Customer Service Team with more information so they can investigate the issue.

When your listings are syndicated on Trulia with other company or office listings, you may not be able to edit the information. For example, some of my listings say "Century 21.com", or "Century 21 Goodyear Green.com". I can not edit those listings, except for photos or open houses. However, if I "beat" the syndication and input the new listing myself, I can go back and edit at any time. Sounds like you are doing a price reduction and want it to settled on all sites immediately. Once the "national" or office listing gets syndicated with its corrections, it should correct on Trulia. This usually takes about 3-4 days to "filter down."

If the above is not the case, you may just need to send Trulia a note and tell them of the "bug." They usually reply within 48 hours. Best of Luck!
