I purchased a property in NW Portland, OR on a double lot and sold the extra lot. I remodeled the home and am

selling it now. It is listed in the RMLS but not showing on this site. Additionally, the lot sale is showing up for that address, making it look like the property sold for $75,000 when it is currently listed at $339,000.
Does anyone know what can I do about this?

Also, please note that the previous sale information we show for properties is data made publicly available through the County Assessor's Office. If the information is incorrect we recommend that you contact your local Assessor's office to make sure that it is updated.
