I'm afraid that this incorrect data is the result of a bug in our code that our engineers are currently troubleshooting and at present we have no way to update the information manually. We hope to have a fix in place soon and I'll do my best to post an update here once that happens.

Hope all is well. You will find a lot of glitches on Trulia. They are improving, but still a lot of work to do on this site. You should email them and they will fix it.
