I have seen many parcels like you mention on Ebay. Sometimes hundreds at a time are listed there. Not many right now but, there are a few 1.25 ac parcels offered around $2500.00.

There are a lot of options depending on your advertising budget. Are they you listings or your personal property? Which part of Lakeland are they located?
Homes and Land would be good. There are also tons of free websites to advertise them on.
