Hi Janet,

Please review the question below and my answer. If you are working with a Realtor you can forward the information to that person so he or she can submit your listing to Trulia.

Best Wishes,

Janet get a realtor to help you. I bet you have worked with several that you have a relationship with. Can you find someone to work with you?

I think you can list it on Trulia, but being an appraiser you should see first hand the difference in price on houses that are sold by owner vs. hiring a professional. Statistics show that on average sellers net 8% less when not using a Realtor. Doesn't make sense.

this is a great post. I am guessing that some may not want to post...but i will!
How about this: I am a home inspector, how can I list home home on Trulia?
I am an escrow officier, how can I list my home on Trulia?
I am a title rep, how can I list my home on Trulai?

Janet, do you see many of those posts?
No. Why not?
If in over 90% of the cases, a Realtor introduces the buyer to your property, why would you expect (no disrespect to Trulia) that just by listing your property on Trulia you will sell it to a buyer on Trulia?

Despite much publicity to the contrary, the vast majority of the time, a Realtor helps you sell your home, and helps a buyer find your home...not the same Realtor.

If your goal is to net the most money, hire a Realtor.
