How to upload a picture?

Greetings! Nice to meet you all real estate gurus and novices out there. I am checking out the website and putting my profile together. However, I am having problem uploading my picture onto the site. It seems like whatever format and size I tried it just won't take it. Could you give me some pointers? I also tried using both Firefox and IE, same result...

megan [at] trulia [dot] com. Substitute the [at] with a "@" and dot with "."

hmmm... that's not good! Can you send me the photo so we can take a look. Just to confirm, are you uploading an accepted file type - jpg, gif, bmp, png? If it is one of those, please send the photo along so we can figure out what is going on. Also, if you can let me know in the email what type of computer ur using (mac or windows), and browser that would be super!

Thanks Megan for your quick response. I got to the photo upload alrite, however the problem is that after I uploaded the picture, or after the automated upload, it won't show up neither on the upload dialog nor the profile. I tried different sizes, resolutions, internet browsers, to no solution...

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Gary, this is Megan from Trulia. Fromhttp:// www.trulia.com/voices you should see a tab at the top of the page that is selected. it is called "trulia voices". right below this tab are four links. Click the one to the far rigth titled "edit my profile". Make sure you're logged in first. from there you should be able to find your way but if not email me directly at megan [at] trulia [dot] com and i'll give you more details.
